Flannery McKenna is a graduate of New York University. He’s a filmmaker, writer and commercial director. He specializes in doc-storytelling, bringing real subjects to life on screen and filming with non-actors.
His short film “The Grit”, highlighting the groundbreaking work of Not Impossible Labs, was featured at the 2017 Tribeca Disruptor Awards.
He has developed commercial content with many of the world’s leading creative agencies and the brands they support: Edelman, Geometry, Grey, Havas, Landor, JWT, Ogilvy, TBWA, Weber Shandwick, Wunderman Health & Y&R. He has also worked extensively in the healthcare and pharma sectors, filming with real patients to tell stories for Colgate, GSK, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer.
